• For our TH-IV MEDICS onsite service in Bangkok, we kindly recommend booking your treatment at least 24 hours in advance to secure your desired slot.

• If you wish to cancel your booking, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In such a case, we will refund 90% of the total payment amount.  If you wish to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, and no fees will be incurred.

• Please note that our treatments are suitable for individuals aged 18 years and older.

• It is important to inform our team if you have G6PD deficiency, severe chronic diseases, or a history of cancer, as our treatments may not be recommended in these cases. If you have any chronic disease or are currently taking medication, please ensure you notify our team for proper evaluation.

• At TH-IV MEDICS , we prioritize your safety and optimal results. Therefore, our physicians may adjust the vitamin levels in the IV drips based on individual needs and physician discretion.

• In order to maintain a safe and professional service, TH-IV MEDICS reserves the right to postpone or decline the service if any contraindications are present.

• If you require an on-demand consultation via calling with a doctor, you can easily book a session with at least 24 hours advance notice for THB 1,500.

• Prior to the test, there is no requirement to abstain from food or drink, allowing for a hassle-free experience.

• Our medical doctors can prescribe ​Anti-nausea, anti- vomiting, anti-inflammatory, headache, and pain medicines to alleviate one of the most severe hangover or related symptoms.
